Shenzhen manufacturing plant with a working area of about 9000 square meters, the existing staff are about 150 people. Relying on the advantages of plastic mold resources in Shenzhen, mainly to provide customers with plastic mold manufacturing and injection molding processing services. Has 68 sets of various advanced processing equipments , such as CNC machining center, Engraving milling mechine, General EDM, CNC EDM, NC EDM, Drilling machine, Vertical machining certre, WEDM-LS, Lathe, Height indicator, Screenage indicatitor, CMM and 20 sets of 120T~360T Injection machines.
Dongguan manufacturing plant relying on the advantages of hardware mould resources in Donguan, mainly to provide customers with metal stamping, die casting mold and finished parts processing services, With a working area of about 22000 square meters, the existing staff are about 300 people. Has four standard factory building, Currently has 10T-300T Die casting machine more than 90 sets, AMADA CNC machine 8 sets, Amada bending machine 7 sets, and other stamping machine 13 sets.
The company have a complete TQC management system, and set up a professional quality testing laboratory, each production workshop has an independent on-site inspection station. The factory has passed ISO9001:2008, TS16949:2009 and ISO14001:2004 certification. With the first-class equipment, advanced management system, we successfully design and manufacturing many difficult, high-tech mold and products, for auto, household, dentistry, commodity, sanitary ware, instrument, construction, and so on. Our annual capacity reach to 2 million USD. 40% business for domestic customers, 60% products exported to the United States, Europen, Japan, Korea, Australia, Taiwan, etc..
